Sensible Photonics welcomes Michelle McGregor-Smith as Executive Advisor

Pittsburgh, PA - April 1, 2025 - Sensible Photonics is proud to announce the appointment of Michelle McGregor-Smith as an Executive Advisor consultant to the leadership team.  Michelle joins the company at a pivotal moment, as we scale our groundbreaking fiber optic sensing technology to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving energy sector. Michelle brings extensive global leadership experience across the Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Specialty Chemicals, and Technology sectors. Over the next few months, she will play a critical role in refining the company go-to market strategy and building strategic partnerships to accelerate the commercialization process. 

Michelle’s deep operational expertise in the development, manufacturing, and deployment of technology solutions will be instrumental in accelerating Sensible Photonics’ growth and expanding our footprint in critical energy infrastructure markets. 

Michelle resides in the Point Breeze neighborhood of Pittsburgh, close to her daughter and family.
