Pittsburgh, PA – May 31, 2024 – Sensible Photonics announced today its completion of the AlphaLab Gear Accelerator program and has received $100,000 in pre-seed investment to support its licensing and commercialization efforts. During the program, Sensible Photonics defined a pathway to its minimum viable product, developed necessary manufacturing process flows and documentation, established its diligence data room, and prepared the company for its upcoming fundraise.

The AlphaLab Gear program provided expert support for technology programming, communication strategy and community engagement during a 5 month, in-person accelerator program.

“Working with the AlphaLab Gear technical and business teams during the funded accelerator program positioned Sensible Photonics to achieve our technical and commercialization milestones that supports and expedites our growth moving forward,” said John Belechak, Executive Advisor. “Our company profile and commercialization strategy were enhanced through community engagement with various networking and investment opportunities.”
